The expenses set forth were incurred and are reported in accordance with, and subject to the Chrysler LLC Business Expense Travel Policy.

In the event that I receive an overpayment of reimbursable expenses that I otherwise should not be reimbursed, I freely and voluntarily authorize a deduction against my wages, and other monies that Chrysler LLC may now or later owe to me, so that Chrysler LLC may recover such sums.

If my paycheck is electronically deposited (EFT), my business expense reimbursement will be electronically deposited (EFT) to the same account. Otherwise, I will be reimbursed by check, which will be mailed to my home address.

Access to Chrysler LLC computer systems is controlled. The Company provides access to personnel for use in the pursuit of the Company's business. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE IS PROHIBITED.

By proceeding beyond this screen, you acknowledge that this system and its data are valuable assets of Chrysler LLC and that unauthorized access or use may result in irreparable harm to the Company.

Chrysler LLC management may inspect, and MONITOR the use of, information systems to ensure compliance. The Company may terminate access privileges, take DISCIPLINARY ACTION up to and including discharge, and institute civil or criminal proceedings for violations of the Company's policies, process guidelines, or behavior guidance.
